This Agreement will be valid for three(3) years from the date of signing between the two parties.

The Second Party will send the medical certificate, photos (4 copies) and passport photocopies to the First Party within maximum of 7 days from the date of agreement. The First Party will send the Origin Calling Visas to the Second Party within maximum of 4-6 weeks days from the date of getting medical certificate, photos (4 copies) and Passport photocopies. The Second Party send the workers within 2-4 weeks days from the date of getting Original Calling Visas.

The Second Party will send the workers to the First Party as per conditions Demand Letter dated 1st November 2004. licence No.311/059/060.

The Levy will be paid by the First Party in advance to Immigrations Department which will be deducted from worker's monthly salary. Air Ticket from Kathmandu to KLIA and other all expenses in Nepal will be paid by the second party.

The second party will send the workers to first party as accordance to above mentioned.

The first party must provide the necessary documents like demand letter, Power of attorney, registration copy of first party and labour agreement of company to the second party.

The first party must provide all the facilities as written in the demand letter. The first party will be fully responsible for everything while the workers are working with or under him.

All the other terms and conditions between two parties are as Malaysian Labour Law.
